hey that is the guy who is doing that big debate against James White about the New Testament being inspired or not. from what I hear he is destroying people’s faith left and right (i suppose showing they never had faith in the first place [1 John 2]).
i agree with your issues about this debate, it would be better on neutral ground, and why is Wright representing us? Next thing you know, McClaren is going to be doing debates for Evangelicals!
